Don’t read the English instructions if you can read Arabic. Save your mental focus for studying for exams.
We are studying grammar first because it is the most profitable for good grades in the University exams. We are also learning some easy vocabulary. Watch each presentation and then answer the questions.
We have only put the most important words and grammar into each lesson. We are not teaching you any information that is not needed. Top students can add more vocabulary and learn more information. Middle students and real beginners should not learn any more information, until after they can pass these quizzes with 80% or more.
You will find that as you learn, you forget the new vocabulary very quickly.
So study. Then forget. Then study the same vocabulary and grammar again. When you are sure you will remember everything, then study it all one more time. This will actually save you time and energy.

Remember, only read the Arabic. Don’t waste time reading the English.
You will notice three things about these lessons.
Firstly, they have colourful backgrounds. This makes them easier to read. It is much more difficult for people with dyslexia to read black writing on a white background.
Secondly, they are very very simple. We study easy vocabulary and easy grammar.
This is because I have noticed that it is very difficult to remember key information if there is too much information. You know how difficult some people’s directions are to follow. “Turn left onto Kind Saud road by the NCB bank and the hair salon with the blue sign.” It is much easier to remember, “Turn left at King Saud.”
The actual exams you write are very very simple. A big vocabulary only helps you in the writing. For the rest of the exam, you just need the key information and skills. But you need to know it very well.
Thirdly, you will see that we use the font Comic Sans.
This is because this font is the closest to how you write letters in English. I have noticed that many students are still struggling with letters like a, p, r, and u. They also get confused about when to use capital letters and when to use small.
This confusion makes learning and writing well much more difficult. So comic sans is really helpful to show students the correct shape for letters when writing by hand.
It is not a coincidence that this makes the lessons look “childish”. Why is a “childish” appearance is associated with effective language acquisition? This association is significant, but we will discuss this elsewhere on the site.
